One on One Personal Training Sessions
I offer one on one, focused sessions, that are specific, tailor made sessions, just for YOU.
20 Minute "express" session $30 30 Minutes $50 45 Minutes $60 The first time you see me, we will go through a full comprehensive consultation, so we can work out your goals, go through medical and exercise history, and figure out your training plan. We can also take your measurements and photos, go through some basic movements, and then I can write you a programme! When you have decided the sessions that you would like, we can then set you up on a plan. You will then receive from me:

Buddy / Small Group Training Sessions
Want to train with a friend or two? These are also 20, 30 or 45 minutes.
Buddy sessions are still focused and created especially for YOU, but you get to have fun while training with one or more other people. They are also more cost efficient - just add $15 to each session time, and then split the cost between you! |
