Being a woman can be tough! We have different hormones, that play a part in our weight, emotions, thoughts, feelings, energy, monthly cycles, and LOTS MORE! As a female, who also suffers from Endometriosis, I can understand that struggles that you can go through, in every day life, and can tailor a progamme and sessions specifically for you - and am flexible to work with you each day you see me. Weight loss and Weight Management I can help you through one-on-one training in the gym, giving you a programme for when you come by yourself, and also give nutritional advice so that you really can achieve those goals! There will be a focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Resistance Training (Weights) "Functional Fitness" for everyday life I can help you to achieve functional goals, such as being able to bring the groceries in from the car, perform your job better, play with your kids/grandkids…any every day, life tasks, including flexibility and core stability Training around “barriers” This means, that I can cater for, and help EVERYONE...yes even you! Many people think “Oh, I can’t go to the gym because I have a funny knee/elbow/shoulder/back” etc, or “I can’t go to the gym because I have migraines/asthma/epilepsy/diabetes/sciatica” etc… I promise that I can train you…this is what I am here for! I can help with rehab and strengthening, and can work around anything that you think may inhibit you from being able to exercise…there is something for everyone!! Sports specific training Play netball, cricket, rugby, badminton, soccer...? I can help! Let’s get together and discuss what it is you want to achieve, and I can create training plans for you so that you can be at the top of your game! Event training plans Want to run your first half marathon, triathlon, or other event? I can help create a training plan to ensure you can take part in this event, and get there without injury, and perform the event as safe, efficiently, and well as you possibly can!
